Wow, that's quite a task. Do you need different sizes for everything?
I've never played Zelda, but the perspective in Orcarna of Time
(However it's spelled) requires resizable sprites or, in the case of
that game, polygon based objects. That would be horrible to code (and
I imagine horrible to look at as well).

Here's a (Poorly done, I said I wasn't that good :) pile of treasure,
though, for the effort:
