Nope, I do not know Tweeter well enough to feel at all romantic.

All I see is that Tweeter seems clued up on Usenet practices and is doing,
in my opinion, a dirty job which needed doing...very well indeed. And
that takes some of the burden off those who have suffered Mr. Casso's
antics for far too long and done their best to combat them.
