PC, you are now in the wrong newsgroup!

There is a group that deals with exaclty this type of issues. Some of
the people there say that writing for 100% of the audience is possible.
Some of them even say that it is easy. Maybe you should go there, read
what they have to say, and discuss it with them there.

The group's name is comp.infosystems.www.authoring.html

There is also a group named alt.html but they deal more with "how to do
neat tricks" than "how to make accessible html documents", which seems
to be what you are interested in learning about.
