This might depend on your preferences.  The default, of course, would be
Courier New; I don't remember what IE3 would let you change it to but IE4.0
and 4.01 (which I have) only let you change it to fonts that declare
themselves monospaced.

So don't change anything, although you could put a "If you changed your
default fonts" disclaimer up.
