QWERTY is still taught in school typing courses (at least here).  The 
main reason is because they like to use the computers "out of the box", 
and don't have time or money to change the keyboards.  And, most 
businesses have QWERTY keyboards, so to create more productive workers, 
they teach QWERTY.

(it's quite easy once you get the hang of it ... I can easily type over 
100 wpm on a good keyboard)

Wow -- your provider sounds great!  What software are you planning on 
using for the automated requests and digests?  Or will it be custom-made?

System administration doesn't get much recognition.  They sit in the 
background and fix things, and most of the time you never see 'em in 
person.  Sysadmins are pretty neat folks :-)

I sent that message... for once, they'll have something other than 
reports of broken software in their mailbox on Monday :-)
