-agon (such as pent'agon', oct'agon') -sides. ('oct'-'agon' =
'eight'-'sides')
-polygon , multiple sides!
-hedron (such as octo'hedron', dodeca'hedron') faces. ('dodeca'-'hedron' =
'twelve'-'faces')
-polyhedron , multiple faces!
I hope that clears things up!
(can you draw the shape-net for that dodecahedron?)
