I also looked in my 1800 most common Chinese symbols dictionary and found nothing even vaguely resembling that. My roommate (who is also a Korean Linguist) has never seen it either. Again, I'm by no means an expert, but I'd say it's not Oriental symbols, unless it's slang for 'fuck you' or 'piss off' or something... I don't know any slang in hanja.
