I`ll get the program onto my 'permanent' website ASAP, but until then if you
can catch me online you could try http://martpws.dyn.ml.org/junk/aschalf.zip
(if I remember to do it after I`ve finished reading the news postings.)
Some help with the sizing would be nice, especially +resampling as that was
what I had most trouble with. Resampling to 50% is easy, but odd sizes are a
bit more involved. :o)

When I get it uploaded, it will be

but beware: It`s not a very elegant program and was mainly just for my
perposes so isn`t tarted up for 'public use' <g>
