I've seen a lot of it, (also using ANSI cursor-motion and
color-changing sequences to provide full-color animation).  It's bad
practice to post these to UseNet, though, since many people will be
viewing the messages on terminals that won't be able to view them
properly.  (Unix xterms, for instance)
