You didn't - It was just that some people would take that as a bad thing and as
your post was without a smilie at the end I asumed that it was hinted that it
was a bad thing.

Not in the more puritan states and/or countries... some places it even illegal
to be topless.
In puritan american states f.x. ONLY the MALE population is allowed to be
topless in the beach !
Outragous ! .. Women should have the same rights to be topless as men do - It's
sexual discrimination !

It IS however illegal to be completely naked on most beaches here , but we still
see streakers/nudists on public beaches now and then .. and since it's not
really that shocking most people just shake their head and either look away or
stare - It hardly ever gets reported ... people just don't care that much about
it.

Yeah .. but it works out fine since the most likely to be topless have something
to be proud of , and want to flaunt it.
