Ah yes, this was bound to happen. So if I share my stuff with the
world, allow everyone to do with it whatever they please, use
it for sigs, whatever is fun, but draw a specific line that no one can make
money out of it without my permission, which is my right, then -I- am
an asshole when I react harsher after my first objection is waved
away. Well if I'm only nice if I allow people to make money of my copyrighted
creations and smile, an asshole I am then, or would have been, I you had spelled
my name right. I would perhaps have been nicer if permission was asked, or
if I would have received some sensible reaction. As an ASCII artist I'm
inactive, but this prospect for potential new ones hardly matches the motivation
you mentioned.
