The operative word being "-was.-"  Those towel-heads haven't
advanced since the 8th century.

Anyway, Tran Q. Nguyen, himself, happens to be from an even MORE
"ancient" culture.  The Gooks were playing with gunpowder and
spaghetti while those camel-jockeys were still sucking sand.
