I never said it did depend on the processor... all I'm saying is, if a crap old
machine back in '94 (486DX2/50 with a 1Meg Cirrus 5434) can handle 1024x768, then
a machine of today can EASILY handle it.

There's hardly been a machine made in the last 3/4 years that don't got PCI, and
the smallest PCI graphics card you can get is 1Meg, and as standard most machines
now ship with at least 2 or 4.

So I say, if people can't handle it, it's their problem, and let the people who
can just get on with it...

I got a 16Meg Matrox Millennium G200 AGP... so I don't care :)
