	Why Joris, I'm impressed!  You really know your seafood -- or at
least the ones with pincers!  Are you a "wine snob", too?  (j/k)  Ac-
tually, I really love wine and seafood.  It's a shame that here on the
prairies it's always second-rate except at the super-expensive
places.  Meals that would cost $25.00 in Toronto (Ont., CAN) or Victoria
(B.C., CAN) will cost double that here if they are good quality...
