A small etiquette question.
I already read the faq, but there was a point that I want to get right. I found a rose of the appropriate size and quality for my sig. It was tagged with the ubiquitous jgs. *g* jgs does good stuff. The original rose, though, was faced the wrong direction, and I tweaked with the leaves a bit. (Still trying to tweak, by the way. I'm trying to make them look fuller, with little success. I'm quite bad at this, and would appreciate some help.) It's still quite recognizably the same rose design, but I've modified it. I don't know if it's worse etiquette to remove the prior credit or to continue entirely attributing jgs with something that she didn't entirely compose and might not like. (Hey, jgs, if you see this message and tell me your preferred policy, that would be great.) I'm left in the clumsy middle. Currently, my design looks like this: -- [name] ,;'` [contact info] / ,.---. ===============================^===^====;=====<___.-() [contact info] \ `----' [contact info] ';. jgs, mrg -- Is there a consensus on what to do about modified work?
