Pete, your wording is a bit sticky here. If you make you sig into a GIF then
it is *not* ascii art since it doesn`t consist of ascii characters it
consists of binary information used to represent a picture of ascii
characters in a particular font, which themselves form a picture.

However it is still ascii art, since it is art using characters from the
ascii set.

Notice ascii *art* not ascii *pic*.

I like your website... it`s a nice change to see wibbly coloured moving
ascii art!
