scanners for cheap?

Spring has sparked an entrepeneurial urge and buddy a mine suggested we invest in a hand held scanner to scan all those hard to reach places, a little silkscreening that sort of thing. Well he said ubid.com was worth a look and i was stunned at how low in price hand held scanners are goin for these days. Like sssupper suuper low. i've givenn it the once overr and can't catch any sketchy clawses. What gives? Maybe i'm just like my mother shhe's never satisfied but anyone know the lowwdown w/ the Kye Int'l Corp Easy Scann Color Deluxe-3200 dpi-ISA Interface?
