Nobody without a full T3 line could make any use of it, no news servers would carry in because it would end up being larger than the rest of Usenet, etc... For each megabyte of news postings it is estimated that $10,000 dollors of drive space is used up. An AVI of 50megs is only about 5-10 minutes in a small box, so that would be $500,000 dollors of drive space. For comparrision, if the group got an average of 100megs a day, it would dwarf the entire comp. hierarcy. In other words, I don't think such a group exists.
