"The latest special edition."
"The ASCII special beetle."

"Sonderausgabe" is just the same as "special edition". "Sonder..." means 
"special". We germans build up compounds of words much more than english 
speakers do. So we put in one word what you need two words for. Thus - very 
easy now - "beetle" stands for "kaefer" =)
