Oh, boy, the joys of using ASCII art for other alphabets. :-(
Both are apparently versions of "h", though I can remember only the
latter from my Hebrew classes. "T", on the other hand is very like the
first version of "h" you have drawn, but with a little "tail" off the
left leg:
