How do you define doing an Exclusive Or on an email address?

By definition, XOR only applies to two binary inputs, with one
binary output, so how would you apply this to an ASCII string?

No, you misunderstand, you have to convert your shoe size and multiply
with pi and then take the first n bytes (where n is the length of the
first string) to get a new string. THEN you can "do an XOR" and get his
email address. (if that doesn't work, try multiplying with the page
number. <REALITY truthfulness="100%"> I did this on an exam once - and
it worked! By some freak accident I actually hit on the correct answer!
The subject was economics, which I am very bad at, but because of this
accident I got the one extra point I needed to pass the exam.
</REALITY>)

You would probably just take "NOSPAM" out.

Maybe someone should send a post to all the posters of the CP2 posts,
informing them of what happened, and telling them to bug their
teacher.

I am sorry, I can offer no help, right now I have blurry vision and
am busy shivering with a 2 foot high mound of tissues, with my
nose about the same color as a cherry, so I am not really fit to help.

Sorry, I can hardley type, so no ascii. :(

The question is, does this teacher have an email address?

If so, it seems to me that it would be our civic duty for each and every
one of us to forward all of her students postings to her, to ensure that
she is aware that the students are succesfully completing the assignment!
