One could map the keys like that in the OS too. Chances are anything non-qwerty is better speed-wise, once you get used to it. (I wouldn't) Rearranging them to messages might be more fun, or snatching extra keys and turning the keyboard into a piece of ascii art... -mooz

We are not supposed to have braces ('{' and '}'), tilde and accent, so windoze use
ALT+xxx, while Linux map them (and other funny things) as shown on the
