Thats interesting. I'm pretty sure I never signed anything like that. And the
.--' to the left of it is one space too far to the right. So its been doctored
by someone. Other than that its the first bit of ascii art I ever did.

You're missing the important bit here: I think this must be the first
time the TranQuilizer has ever spoken directly to somebody in this

No, not directly. It was a caption written by the editor rather than Tran. 
I think its the first use of a name of someone in the group though? 

ObASCIIartquestion: are there *any* commonly used fonts in which the 'a' is
like:

instead of like:
 __
 __|
|__|_

?
My sig uses 3 instead of a for upside-down e, because I was worried about
the above problem, but there dont seem to be many 'script' a fonts out there.
