"semi's" in left-pondian, tho nobody knows what a "full" is*. SGI calls their rig "The magic bus". CCCH *means "semi-Diesel", which refers to the type of engine.
Let's articulate this puppy. It need some room atwixt the cab & trailer
to pivot. And add fuel tanks to the side. Little bin for chains &
other parts. And the flapper on the smoke stacks. Should raise the
trailer & show the fifth wheel, but this editor's a pain. I believe
this type is called a "cab-over".

It'll be pivoting around the fifth wheel when the truck turns, you see. You may have been working from a photograph, but I work *with* trucks like that all the time. Hacky got it right in his edit, although he could have included a CB antenna on each mirror--standard on your basic semitractor even if the driver uses Nextel to talk to his dispatcher.
