ASCGIF.C doesn't do a thing...

 You know there are different gif formats.

Hi, anyone

When I use ascgif , I have some troubles.

example 1 : ascgif it.gif M > bigpic
It will really big file. I can't really read it.
I want to have a small file to view it.

example 2 : ascgif  it.gif 100 100 > smallpic

It  will never return anything for me.

If anyone know the answer , please let me know
