Looking for ASCII character map....

Hardly surprising. Murkyslough caters to know-nothings. They're trying to
pull the rest of us down to that level, so watch out....

Whoah! Your subject line says *ASCII* character map. Alt plus 128 and up
on the numeric keypad will produce only *non-ASCII* characters. If Alt
and any letter key produces a character, you can bet it won't be an ASCII
character, either. Don't use dem characters here!

Oh, all right. Here is an ASCII map of the non-ASCII characters that you
can use on most parts of the Internet. It will take some figuring out --
things are abbreviated, truncated, compressed and otherwise sqoze to make
the whole map fit on one good ol' DOS/Unix text screen....
