Well, this took ages but I haven't had a go at one of these before.

I just couldn't think of anything else to do a poem about. Perhaps it's my vanity coming through writing a poem about myself. Anyway, once I started, it just seemed to flow. I had to have a mention of the Queen of ASCII art in there and it seemed perfect when you had just had your little joke. I guess I really have only myself to blame. After all I have not been very consistent with my ascii signature. I have used both Phil and PjP and sometimes Philip Powell, so I can't really blame people for losing track. Anyway, just noticed there is another Phil in the group, so I'll be PjP on my ascii's now. BTW Did you notice that even the ending of the poem rhymed : This poem was by PjP (Pee jay Pee) In the vain hope you'll remember me. I'm quite proud of that. ;-) Apologies : To everyone, for using a 'stein. But it was PC who asked the question first. Also apologies for this long post without an ascii pic.
