Where can I find iCE Draw?

hello,

I was wondering if anyone here knew where I could find a copy of iCE's
iCE Draw. I have been having a LOT of trouble finding it on the net! I
would appreciate if anyone could direct me to a place or perhaps you
know someone who has it?

and iCE Draw is, in case you don't know, a ANSI paint program that
lets you use 256,000 colors or so... and lets you customize just about
anything and everything in the ANSI charts. Can make some really far
out ANSI art!

I only have ACiD Draw.
