   It's hard to tell exactly what the problem might be, but it may be 
that you are proportional font.  ASCII art requires a monospaced font, 
where all letters, regardless of their widths, are spaced the same amount.

   The following two lines should look the same length:

iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii
MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM

This looks ok on my web browser,but when I sent it via my e-mailer 
Pegasus) I have the same problems it has a proportioned font, does anyone 
out there know how to change it to a normal font in Pegasus (V2.01) ?

Select the "f"onts button and use FIXEDSYS

if you're using MS-dos to create your .sig, you need to convert it to 
unix before you can send it on its' way.

That could be it too.
