More UNIX questions, I *love* it!
The file you included is a .zip file (specifically giloart1.zip) That was
converted from a binary .zip file to text charachters so that it could be sent
through e-mail, or put on a newsgroup, because these forms of transmission
do NASTY things to binary files. I am not familiar with Wincode v2.3, the
program that this file was encoded with, but most encoders are compatible with
UNIX uuencode and uudecode, so (assuming you have a UNIX machine) save the
message to a file, and type:
uudecode <filename>
This will produce the file giloart.zip in the same directory. Then just
download the giloart.zip file to a dos machine and type:
pkunzip giloart.zip [directoryname]
Where directoryname is necessary only if you need to extract the file to a
different directory.
If your account isn't on a UNIX machine, and you don't have access to one,
then either find one you can use or find your nearest computer geek and tell
him you need to get a file un uuencoded and he'll probably have *something*
that will do the job.
