Nice font. It's interesting how this stuff gets copied and modified
along the way.
I first saw this font (unslanted and thicker) in a BBS screen. I
looked like:

So I copied the style and made thinner letters so I could make a
Scarecrow sig.

Then other people started using it for their sigs. Then, Simon made
himself a sig with a slanted modification.

He then made a Figlet version of this font, which is in the post
before this one, in this thread.
What's next? How about a new Scarecrow sig with the slanted version.
But I had to really thin out the letters to make it fit. So here's yet
another modification of the font.

Whew! Could be tough. I'd have to dig up one of my old math books
(I know my Greek only through math).
I have been trying to do some work on a decent Arabic font, though it
has been very rough going - especially getting one small enough to
be practical. Just out of curiosity - would anyone be interested
should
I even compete it?

Well, I thought I'd try to give the guy who asked for Greek
something. It is a little tough doing this without really
knowing Greek, though. I mean, I've only ever seen typeset
Greek and that doesn't really communicate the real flow of
the handwriting. I had to make a few guesses at the best
way to represent a letter here and there. Could the real
Greeks out there tell me if they think this would be
legible (or if not, indicate what letters don't work).
I modified this from a pre-existing three line font out of
one of Scarecrow's archives. It was attributed there to
u2i...@teach.cs.keele.ac.uk (RJ Pomeroy) as part of a long
font collection.
As a rather new ASCII artist, I really welcome comments.
