Hi,
It is possible to change the character of the ascii art?
I would ascii art with Microsoft Saint Serif Normal 8.
Can anyone help me?

Certainly is. If you're using normal Notepad, click on Edit in the menu 
list, choose the last entry (Should be "Change Font" or something to 
that extent), and select the monospaced font you want to use.

Of course, when you post your art here, you should indicate what font 
you used to create it, if the font is not one of the usual suspects.

What people on this group call "ascii art" must use a fixed width font. This
ensures everyone can see the picture, because variable width fonts vary
greatly between different fonts and different computers. Pictures using other
fonts are usually called "text art". It's best to put this kind of art in a
Web page instead of posting it here, because most readers won't see it
properly.
