Stairs ??? HELP!!!

i have been trying to make stairs going down but am having
major brain farts on how to go about it other than the common
stair case, this was my last attempt but when i asked others
they could not see what it was i made till i told them what
it was supposed to be which tells me that it was not done right.
i have been wanting a spiral case but cant seem
to get the right angles, tried for a wall stair well but as you can see
it didn't turn out right.
can a few of you through some ideas and thoughts that might help
my way ? anyone ? thanks

Well there is no depth to this, but it is my idea of a spiral stair case
leading to a landing or a hallway. It may or not be what you need, but By
God, I used the standard Key board...LOL

Spicer this may or may not be what u need. It has nodepth, but is my
impression of a spiral staircase leading to a hall or a landing..But By God
I used alll characters from the keyboard...LOL

In real life though,the landing would go all the way back to the back wall and the stair would be just out of vision to the right and behind the front wall........
