Question: gif2ascii programs FTP sites?

Does anyone have a(some) FTP sites for GIF2ASCII conversion program(s)?

I tried one or two I saw in here recently, but the directories and/or
file did not exist at the specified location... current locations, that
someone has recently successfully FTP'd the file from preferred. . .
