This one's from "Dr. Mario", one of my favorite games of all time (a
tetris like puzzle game with pills killing viruses). Anyone have
animations of this game?

I'm not sure if your word "animations" mean ASCII animetion or video
animation, you can find video animations below:
http://www.nintendo.co.jp/ngc/gpzj/index.html

This page is Nintendo's official website using JIS(Japanese) code.
You don't read Japanese? Don't worry I can help you.....a little.

Can you see the Dr.Mario's picture on the center of this website?
Below the picture, you can find three links, two links are on the black
color
strange (?) looking words, one link is below the black words.
All links are using red color and underline, you can theck the URL to point
link.
Upper two are movies, you can see it by using Windows Media Player.
I checked it. It was no ploblem for me.
First link of that two links mean 31sec. movie, second is 48 sec. movie.

Below the black words' link is a official website of Dr.Mario.
(That means Nintendo's official using JIS code)

By the way, also you can find my favorite videogame just next to Dr.Mario's
picture.
I love to play "Yossy cookie"very much. I don't know this game was popular
or not in another country.
