Greetings, all.

My Computer Science professor wants to see a Rock-Paper-Scissors
program. What's more, he wants it in Pascal. (Ergh.) Does anyone have
ascii that's less that a DOS-screen high
of rock-paper-scissors for my program? I'd be glad to give credit where
it's due...

Plz notify by email, as well; I don't check the groups as religiously as
I ought. (Replace the -@- with a plain old @.)

I`ve made the same game in QBasic on PC & AMOS Basic in the Amiga and some
ASCIIs of these would really brighten up the PC version! :)
So, Please post what you mail to Dustin?

I call the game Paper, Scissors & Stone.... Strange how different people
can have different names for things innit?

These scissors I snagged look like they'll do the trick, along with some
text generated by figlet... I like llizard's "Paper" too. Somehow,
though, I just can't see a diamond ring smashing a pair of scissors.
Anyone who wants to try their hand at an ascii-boulder or ascii stone?
Natch, these should be viewed white-on-black (or green-on-black) since
the game will (hopefully) run as a DOS-executable.

Here's what I've got so far:

I'm not sure if this is even remotely close to what you are looking for
but here is my versions of a rock, paper, scissors.

Umm, at the risk of starting yet another ridiculous argument, Phosphor,
in this huge world of newsgroups, why are you bothering to hang around
in one that is devoted to this unwieldy artform?

                           /
                 .-. /^
             .o | | /^

           /\ '-/^
ejm 97 /_/____/^
       _/^^ ^^^ ^

Dustin, the above is as close as I've come to doing a rock. I hope you
don't mind that Sysiphus (sp?) is attached. (And of course, I hope you
knew that the diamond ring was a joke - but if the diamond were large
enough and expensive enough....)
