does emacs even have text animation?
prolly take a long time in emacs
you should try javE, its the only software
for ASCIImation I would use.

It takes days to weeks to do the asciimations depending on the pictures and numbers of frames,
 and sometimes even more time.

None as of this time.  But eventually someone will write a elisp
program for it to do so.

The last time I tried to run javE I ran into java problems.  Haven't
tried since.
