Yah'll have posted these here asky pichers of floor plans to a house.
They is okay pichers, I reckon, but it are my dee-cided pr'fessional
'pinion that these here houses is unworkable. Nevertheless, I figgers
I kin build them places, fer $30 a square foot. Materials will run you
'bout $15-$20 a sq/ft, an' the rest of the cost will be fer me to sit
there an' tell you where the nails go. As per usual, you will haff to
supply the smokes an' hootch.
