GIMP is the GNU Image Manipulation Program and is quite similar to Photoshop. It can be downloaded from <http://www.gimp.org/>; or, if you are using something that calls itself an OS with "Win" in it's name then you should look at <http://user.sgic.fi/~tml/gimp/win32/>. I don't know since when this plugin is within GIMP. so. You can get it from <http://www.gimp.org/>. Or, if you are using
Windows and need a precompiled binary you have to take a look at
<http://www.gimp.org/win32/>.
