A Brand New Sig

I don't know if anyone remembers me anymore, but here's a new sig I've
made after almost...two years? Must of been all those rotations third
and fourth year of medical school :) Here it is below. 

If you like it, there's many more in my collection, 65 of them in all

Also if you're using a PC and running Windows 95, submit a screencapture
of your Windows 95 Desktop and send it for inclusion in my new site,

Oh my gosh!  Did they actually take of the chains and open the
lock!  Welcome back.  So, are you a doctor yet?  And are you 
still gonna come and play when you are?
