Well, not 100% mine, but I took the basics from Joan's pictures, and
diddled up a little punny Congratulations note! (CONGA-RATS!)

I would appreciate if someone could send me(email, preferred) a large-font
"Conga Rats!" to put at the top of this. . .:)
