We need help with our trad/CG anim project!

Dear All, We are a group of students from Sheffield University, UK. We have been assigned a task to investigate whether computer animation is likely to replace the work of the traditional animator. We were wondering if anyone knows of any web resources that would help us. If you are from a tradition or CG animation company you could help us greatly by supplying a brief answer to the following questions. Answer as many as you like of you have time. If you mind us quoting you in our work, please let us know. 1) What does your company do mainly? 2) Do you think computers have had a significant impact in the field of animation? Why? 3) In what ways is computer animation preferable to traditional animation? 4) Are there any reasons why traditional animation is better than CG animation? 5) Do you think traditional animation will be phased out completely? If so, in how many years? 6) Have you any other comments about CG/trad animation? Thank you, Nigel, Chris, Ken, Chris, Steve, Scott
