St. Louis Computer Buyers - j&b.txt [1/1]

J & B Technologies  in Maryland Hts, Mo. Is a piece of shit place to buy a computer. These people give absolutely no support. After spending two thousand dollars all they say is "it's a software problem" and "that'll be $35.00". After getting no use from a computer and has been in their repair more than it's been in use does not sound like a very good business. If you plan to buy a computer PLEASE call the Better Business Bureau to be sure that this is the place you want to buy. These people ONLY want your money and not to give you any service. When you walk in watch how many people are bring back computers while you are being waited on.

Hey we have a place like that in Canada its called Micromatters their
customer service sucks too.  I have had to bring the computer in there a
few times for $35 installations of software like windows 95 because we
didnt get a cd copy.  The soundcard they installed was not windows 95
compatible so all of my programs were made unusable making me think I had a
virus.

Same with shockware in CAnada     I bought a sound card  couldn't get
it to work with any of the software they gave me .. So I payed 35.00
got it home and when I went to plug in my  speakers I noticed it
wasn't the same sound card..I was piseed I took it back and told them
to give me back my money since it was there fault ..They did ,but I
won't be going back there.. Tooo bad for them
It seem that they all don't give a damn (JUST GIVE US YOUR MONEY AND
FUCK OFF ) is what they should put on there signs..
