G'Day!! Here's an illustrated gospel message -
It very clearly explains what Christianity is all about.
I didn't compose it, but the guy who did wouldn't mind me posting it
here (I know him, so I know).

with Him, and they were to live forever in eternal joy.
Because God loved His creation, He gave him a free will.....

But man chose to disobey God and wanted to do things his way,
because of this, man fell away and the chasm of SIN prevented man
from coming close to a Holy God. No longer could man enjoy the close
and joyful relationship he once had with God.

Because man was created to worship, man tried different ways of restoring
his relationship with God, such as other religions, going to church or
good works; however none of man's best efforts could get to God because
of his sin.

Because God loves us so much He was not willing to see us die, even though
we deserve it. So God did the most amazing miracle, something only God
could have conceived. He sent His one and only Son Jesus Christ to become
like the very creatures He had made : US!.
The result of sin is DEATH, therefore for man's relationship to be restored,
there had to be a perfect substitute, something had to die to pay the price
of sin for the WHOLE OF MANKIND. This was JESUS, GOD's one & only Son!
Jesus died a humiliating and horrible death on the cross for us, and on the
third day after, He returned to the Father so that we too can live.

There was a point in my life (marked by X) where I was faced with a choice,
either continue my way toward death, or accept God's sacrifice and have
eternal life with Him. I had to stop pretending that I was god and face
the facts that I had to submit to one greater than I, because "God resists
the proud, but gives grace to the humble." (1 Peter chapter 5 verse 5)

I decide to accept Jesus as my Lord and Saviour, and Jesus cancelled my sin
and provided me the bridge to get back to God.
This is summarised by the eternal words of the Bible in : John chapter3
verse 16 :
"For God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son,
That whoever believes in Him, will not perish but have eternal life."
Is there any reason under heaven for you to not accept God's sacrifice for
yourself???
