sorry how can i convert my ascii art to an image without preformatted
dimension of printers page, but by take the dimension from ascii file
???

I'm not sure what you're asking, but if you have Printkey V2.3, or a 
similar program, you can display the ascii on the desktop, press the 
"Prt Scrn" (Printscreen) button, and select the "Get Rectangular Area" 
button.  That will create a bitmap and prevent the spacing from changing 
during the printing.

but to have an image of 80cm x 1mt ?? i think the printkey is'nt a good
solution...

to the op:
My recomendation would be one of two things
1) find someone who knows computer programs better than you and have
them do it.  Because from your discription I can't realy help since
you have failed to ask the question the smart way:

2) Learn LaTeX.  This will solve all the formating questions you will
have for the rest of your life.  Then take the LaTeX file to a
professional printer, not Kinkos, I am talking more like a print shop
like Pip printing or one of those guys.
