Can someone tell me?

It's actually very easy!

1. Open a text document (it has to display the characters in a fixed-width font)
2. For your first line, add a "-- [return]" (dash dash space [return])
3. Now, add a little picture using ascii characters (what's on your keyboard.)
Check some of the drawings to this group and read the FAQ to get a good idea of
what to do.
4. Just remember: it's best to keep sigs to three or four lines, if you don't,
you're bound to get some unhappy guy yell naughty things at you.
5. Get them on to your viewer. Save the document and the option to add the sig to
every post is usually in the Options or Preferences menu. Then, you're all set!

A great sig has:
1. Your name
2. A way or ways to contact you (email, icq, aol aim, etc)
3. Your homepage (if you have one)
4. A little graphic
5. Something that tells the whole world something about you.
