REQ: DIFFICULT!

Okay... I know all you great artists are always looking for
inspiration.  Well, he's a tough one for you all to do.  I'd appreciate
it very much, and I'm sure you'd appreciate the practice.

If possible, can someone create an ascii-art version of my Coat of
Arms?  They are posted at
http://www.geocities.com/Athens/Parthenon/6831/flags.html .

In addition, I would like (again, if possible) to have a scroll
underieghth reading "L'ignorance n'est jamais la reponse d'une
question.", a eagle talking off for flight (ie: New York state Shiled)
on top of the crest, and wild leaves surrounding the whole thing.
