new ASCII banner program

Hi all. I've just written a program for making banners,
similar to the old Printshop program, except it uses ASCII-
based fonts like Figlet does (in a way it's like Figlet turned
sideways). I called it FABS (Flexible ASCII Banner Software),
and it has such features as being able to zig-zag the output,
overlap the letters by varying amounts, change the certain aspects
of the font on the fly, and more. If you're interested in taking

This is the initial release, so feedback/bug reports/suggestions
