I guess so, but they were supposed to have made these canisters with zombies
and the toxin 2-4-5 Trioxin inside from the movie "The Return of the Living
Dead". My favorite horror flick.

     Actually, I think the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers makes and develops
everything for the Army, whatever it might be (the engineering department of
the Army). In fact, I believe they developed the $400.00 toilet seats and the
$69.00 toilet paper dispensers for the Army not long ago. :)
