After reading some stuff in this newsgroup
(and also replying to a message), I hereby
decide to check it regularly, because it seems
fun; and also to try some ASCII art myself..
I have just created a Rei Ayanami ASCII art
(from the Anime Neon Genesis Evangelion), well,
I used my cool wallpaper as an Eterm
background to accomplish that, so it is kind
of a cheat, I guess... what do you think?

You didn't sign it though; most ascii artists put their initials on their pictures somewhere. You should probably check Andreas Freise's list of artists' initials, at http://www.ascii-art.de/ascii/uvw/who_is_who.txt just in case your initials are already used by someone else.
